Terms and Conditions

Preamble:

Starting from the principle that reading comes first and speaking second, as reading is considered the first step toward knowledge, we present to you the easiest and least time-consuming methods to master reading and speaking English with others within (7) days, equivalent to one to two hours daily, achieving up to 80% proficiency in reading and speaking, while allowing sufficient time for the subscriber to learn the curriculum with a maximum of (21) days, counted from the date of payment of the subscription fee for the curriculum.

First: Target Audience:

This curriculum targets every Arabic individual who does not master English at all, and it also corrects the path of learning English and facilitates for those who have little knowledge of English to improve the quality of reading and speaking with others by up to 80%.

Second: Skills Acquired During Learning:

• ✔ Development of reading and speaking skills after completing each lesson in the program with mastery.
• ✔ The subscriber reaching up to 80% in reading and speaking quality after completion.
• ✔ Learning the easiest and least time-consuming ways to master reading and speaking English through the seven lessons as follows:
• Chapter One: Read First:
• ✔ 50% increase in reading after the first lesson
• ✔ 20% increase in reading and writing after the second lesson
• ✔ 5% increase in reading and writing after the third lesson
• ✔ 5% increase in reading and writing after the fourth lesson
• Chapter Two: Speak Second:
• ✔ 30% increase in the ability to form sentences and speak with others after the fifth lesson
• ✔ 25% increase in the ability to form sentences and speak with others after the sixth lesson
• ✔ Essential information that must be known for speaking with others by up to 10%

Third: Curriculum Features:

• ✔ Designed for all age groups provided they can read Arabic.
• ✔ Easy subscription to the curriculum and learning through WhatsApp or Telegram applications.
• ✔ The subscriber is not bound by the presence or completion of a specific number of subscribers to start studying the curriculum.
• ✔ You can subscribe from anywhere in the world.
• ✔ Building educational lessons based on linking lessons together through the concept of mind mapping.
• ✔ Instructions for each lesson that facilitate the process of memorization and understanding according to the lesson's needs.
• ✔ Simulating subscriber inquiries during lesson learning and responding to them within the lesson.
• ✔ Expected duration for memorizing and understanding each lesson is from one to 2 hours per day for 7 days with a maximum of 21 days for all lessons.
• ✔ Self-assessment of the subscriber's level after the end of each lesson.
• ✔ New lessons cannot be accessed except after answering the questions for the previous lesson.
• ✔ Ability to ask questions at any time about the curriculum through the curriculum's dedicated Telegram channel.

Fourth: Subscriber Duties and Rights:

• - Respecting the integrity of preserving curriculum rights, which the subscriber acknowledges through their agreement to the terms and conditions during subscription payment, specifically regarding not circulating curriculum content or photographing it.
• - Writing inquiries and questions that come to the subscriber's mind while reviewing curriculum lessons and submitting them through the dedicated Telegram channel.
• - Commitment to the memorization concept linked between lessons in the form of a mind map to facilitate recall in the curriculum, which is based on dividing each lesson's content and providing instructions that help in memorizing and learning lessons.
• - Commitment before starting any new lesson to review the previous lesson, answer its questions, and master the self-assessment included in each lesson.
• - Practicing reading and writing after completing the second lesson onwards and applying it to subsequent curriculum lessons.

Fifth: Subscription Method:

• - Accessing the automated WhatsApp number and following the subscription steps and method.
• - Agreeing to the curriculum's policy and terms before paying the subscription value and duration.
• - The subscription period for the curriculum begins immediately upon payment of the subscription fee for a period of (21) days.

Sixth: Payment and Fees:

• - The curriculum fees are paid in full at once, and the subscriber may withdraw if they do not wish to continue learning, while respecting the preservation of curriculum rights and not circulating its content.
• - Refund of curriculum fees is only possible upon passing the first lesson test, within a maximum of (21) days, and bank service fees will be deducted if any.
• - A refund can be requested if payment was made but the learner was not provided with the educational course in the conversation. In this case, the learner must contact the support channel on Telegram before filing a complaint with the credit/debit card issuer or payment provider. Refunds are processed only through the same original payment method. If no complaint is filed within 24 hours, you will be considered to have successfully received the educational course, and you will not have the right to claim that card or request a refund of the paid amount thereafter. The refund process takes up to three working weeks.
• - The operator has the right to change the curriculum value at any time deemed appropriate.
• - The operator has the right to close the subscriber's account upon the expiration of 21 days from the start of the subscription, whether they have completed or not completed learning the curriculum lessons, or to impose new fees, provisions, and conditions according to the operator's policy.
• - The subscriber cannot exceed the specified period for learning the curriculum (21) days, and if this period expires and the subscriber wishes to return to learning, they must pay new subscription fees for the curriculum.
• - The operator has the right to establish or modify new policies or conditions according to the project's needs without any objection from the subscriber.

Seventh: Fees:

• - The subscription value according to the operator's policy at the time includes all 7 curriculum lessons.
• - The time period for each subscriber is (21) days. If this period expires and the subscriber wishes to learn again, they must subscribe and pay the curriculum value again.
• - Each lesson has a test, and each test must be passed at the end of each lesson to move to the next lesson during the subscription period (21) days.
• - After completing all lessons in the curriculum, all curriculum lessons can be accessed for a free period of (21) days. If the subscriber wishes to extend this period, they must pay an amount determined at the time, allowing them to access the lessons for a new time period specified in days.

Eighth: Important Information and Commitments:

• - The subscriber's commitment to the purpose of subscription and their commitment to the maximum specified period for the curriculum, which is (21) days.
• - Lessons are in the form of PDF files or motion graphics videos or both together, shared on Telegram only through a dedicated channel for each lesson.
• - The subscriber commits not to publish lessons for free or for a fee without prior permission, and bears responsibility for this before God and before the project operator.
• - I acknowledge and commit to all that is stated in the complete list of provisions and conditions.
